Recurring billing · Authorize.net

Charges each auto-billed client with a card on file its plan amount, once per period. Runs automatically every day at 6am — preview or trigger it here.

Money in flight

What we recorded as paid, checked against what actually settled at the gateway. Approved is not paid: a transaction held by a fraud filter shows on the client's card and in our records, and never settles until a person releases it.

Not checked yet. This asks Authorize.net about each recent transaction, so it runs on request rather than on its own.

Financial dashboard

Revenue from contracts vs. segmented cost. AI is metered live from real token usage; other costs are the connections you fill in below.

Cost segments (monthly)

MarketCheck rate — billed per call; cost is metered from the sync log

Where each cost comes from: AI and MarketCheck are metered from real usage — AI accrues from when metering shipped (it isn't retroactive, so it climbs as pages/blogs/social generate); MarketCheck is computed from every billed sync call we log. Infrastructure (DigitalOcean droplets, Spaces, domains) and subscriptions are fixed monthly — enter those in the connection map below.

Per-client P&L

Contribution margin = the client's revenue minus their direct metered cost (AI + MarketCheck) over the window. Shared overhead (infra, subscriptions) is platform-level below.

We run one shared Anthropic key across all clients, so Anthropic's org cost API can only report a total — it can't split spend by dealer. Capturing token usage per call (what this reads) is how we get real per-client AI cost.

Operating costs — the connection map

Every external service we've wired, seeded so the numbers just need filling in. Free-tier APIs are listed at $0 so the map is complete. AI is metered live above, so it's not a row here.

Each tier's deliverables are the SOW clients see AND what drives their automation (blog series, service-area coverage). All editable; per-client tweaks live on the account.
